At ID Tours we have a policy of one staff member taking "ownership" or each particular ship that visits New Zealand waters. This gives both head office personnel and crew onboard the ship a dedicated poitn of contact and the continuity that flows from this. Debbie Summers, Carol Warner and Tanya McMahon collectively have more than 20 years experience with the cruise industry and understand the complexities and challenges that shore operations can pose. They ably back each other up so that each turnaround or shore excursion operation can be smoothly handed over should the situation demand it.
