Well, Jeremy, I've been staring at your business card on my desk for the past month. I wanted to send you a note and let you know what a huge success the New Zealand program was. Royce Imhoff is still talking about how fabulous and what a once-in-a-lifetime experience it was. Rick Hollar is still moaning about not being able to attend because he had to be at important company meetings in New York! And, Robin still has people from the office she doesn't even know telling her they heard New Zealand was unforgettable! So, huge kudos to Jenni and Barry and all the ID people behind the scenes that made it a huge success.

Thank you so much for pulling the State Auto program together with me. You and your staff made the difference! From arrival transfers to the departure tax stickers, everything ran smoothly (even the weather!). I appreciate all the hard work and dedication you gave to my State Auto group. We have already had some very nice comments from our guests. We couldn't have done it without you. I just have a great feeling about the whole program.
